BOONE: - John Boone, of Anne Arundel Co., Md., soldier of the Revolution, lived on a plantation granted by his father, who served as a Colonel under the king. He commanded a company of militia in 1778. John Boone married Priscilla Cockey; their daughter, Susanna, born in 1770, married Jacob Hook.
